After 3 days decline, nickel price rebound again ，On September 18th, the nickel price had increased US$100/ton, back to around US$17,200/ton’s level, mainly caused by the decreasing inventory, came to only around 162,000 tons, decreased 1770 tons compared with the last day, and the total decline for September had achieved more than 9000 tons.

According to the market participants, the market was worried the steel demand in China turned weak because of the bad economic performance, that caused the nickel price dropped almost US$1000/ton in the previous three trading days, finally rebound on September 18th.
