Brazil makes negative AD ruling on imported rolling mills in cast-iron or steel from China

It was reported that the Brazilian Ministry of Economy announced on July 1st, 2019 to make an anti-dumping negative final ruling on cast iron or steel cylinders (rolling mills) originating from China. 

There was no sufficient evidence to show that there was a causal relationship between the dumping of the products involved and the domestic industrial damage, so no anti-dumping measures were implemented. 

The product tax numbers involved were 8455.30.10 and 8453.30.00.
